What I Eat in a Day
I view myself as a relatively healthy eater, whilst of course allowing myself treats at the weekend. Life is all about balance! Most of the time, I use an app called MyFitnessPal to track my daily food consumption, this is a fairly new concept that i have been doing. Tracking my calories each day has educated me on how much I previously over ate without realising & highlighted 'health' foods that are actually full of hidden calories or artificial sugars. I am also a keen fitness enthusiast and know the importance of fuelling your body with the right foods. On a average, I consume between 1500-1600 calories (this number is tailored to my personal height, weight & overall fitness goal). I tend to have three main meals, incorporating snacks in between; because I am a serial snacker. On this particular day, I attend two different cardio based workout classes.
